JJWinGame Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Players Read This First

By accessing, registering with, or using the jjwingame platform — whether through the website at jjwingame.ws or any associated mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and jjwingame.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using jjwingame and, if you have already registered, contact our support team to close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These terms are written in English (en-PK) and are intended for Pakistani players. Where any ambiguity exists, the plain meaning of the English text as understood by a reasonable Pakistani reader shall prevail. Use of jjwingame is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jjwingame does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise lawfully permitted to access the platform from your location.
• You must be registering and using the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets on jjwingame.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of jjwingame or any affiliated company.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Pakistani law.

jjwingame also reserves the right to decline registration to any individual at our sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Eligibility to register does not guarantee uninterrupted access to all features of the platform.

To access real-money games and promotions on jjwingame, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following rules govern account creation and maintenance.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one account on jjwingame. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using a different mobile number or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. jjwingame uses automated systems to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, balances reviewed, and any bonus funds forfeited.

Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update it promptly if it changes. This includes your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any payment details used to transact with jjwingame. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjwingame username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify jjwingame support immediately. jjwingame will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.

Verification: jjwingame may at any time require you to verify your identity by submitting a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification. This is standard Know Your Customer (KYC) practice. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on jjwingame are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jjwingame does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. The following rules apply to all deposits made on the platform.

Accepted Payment Methods: jjwingame currently accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. Payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at jjwingame's discretion.

Your Own Payment Methods: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Using another person's payment method to fund your jjwingame account — including family members' accounts — is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

No Charge-Back: By making a deposit on jjwingame, you confirm that you are the authorised account holder and agree not to initiate a charge-back or payment reversal. Where jjwingame incurs costs as a result of a fraudulent or disputed charge-back, these costs may be recovered from your account balance.

jjwingame processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawals may not be made to a different payment account than the one used to deposit, unless requested in writing and approved by jjwingame's compliance team for verified accounts.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Requests below this amount will not be processed.

Processing Times: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash for verified accounts. Bank IBFT withdrawals typically process within 1–4 hours depending on your bank's own processing windows. VIP Gold tier members and above receive priority processing under 2 minutes. jjwingame is not responsible for delays caused by a player's bank or payment provider.

Pending Bonus Wagering: Withdrawal requests made while an active bonus with incomplete wagering is on your account will result in the automatic cancellation of that bonus and its associated winnings. Your original deposited balance remains withdrawable. jjwingame recommends completing wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal if you wish to retain your bonus funds.

Verification Requirements: jjwingame may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where the withdrawal amount exceeds Rs 50,000. This is a standard anti-money laundering precaution. Players who complete verification in advance experience no delays when withdrawing.

jjwingame offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers as described on the Promotions page. Participation in any jjwingame promotion is subject to these Terms and Conditions as well as the specific terms detailed on the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General Bonus Rules applicable to all jjwingame promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible jjwingame accounts only. Eligibility requirements are detailed on each promotion.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus balance or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• The wagering contribution rate varies by game category. Slots and Aviator contribute 100%, Card Games and Virtual Sports contribute 75%, and Roulette contributes 50% towards bonus wagering on jjwingame.
• Bonuses expire if not claimed within the time period stated on the offer, and incomplete wagering expires at the end of the bonus validity period.
• jjwingame reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to artificially fulfil wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• jjwingame's decisions regarding bonus disputes are final.

Each game available on jjwingame operates according to its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet on jjwingame, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the rules for that specific game. The following general principles apply to all games across the platform.

Random Number Generators: All standard (non-live) games on jjwingame use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to determine game outcomes. Outcomes are entirely random and not influenced by prior results, account status, bet size, or any other factor. RNG certification is conducted by an approved third-party testing laboratory.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers operating in real time, streamed via HD video to your device. Cards are physically dealt or wheels physically spun by the dealer. jjwingame records all live game sessions for audit and dispute resolution purposes.

Bet Settlement: Results of bets are final once confirmed by the jjwingame system. In the event of a technical error affecting a game outcome, jjwingame reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player. Winnings paid as a result of a system error may be recovered by jjwingame regardless of how much time has passed since the error occurred.

Disconnection During Play: jjwingame is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnection during a game session. The outcome of a bet already placed and confirmed by jjwingame's system stands regardless of whether your device loses connectivity before the result is displayed to you. If a game session is interrupted before a bet is confirmed, your stake will be returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jjwingame. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Deception: Using fraudulent payment methods, providing false identity information, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use jjwingame.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on jjwingame, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers, including registration of multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, or participating in any coordinated effort to manipulate wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on jjwingame, including sharing information in live dealer games or coordinating bets in multiplayer formats.
• Money Laundering: Using jjwingame to launder funds obtained through illegal activity. jjwingame is required by law to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate Pakistani authorities.
• Technical Exploitation: Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with jjwingame, or attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Intimidation or Harassment: Threatening, abusing, or harassing jjwingame staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

jjwingame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request via our support team.
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligations.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jjwingame will aim to complete the investigation within 14 days. During this period, the account balance will be frozen. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach of these terms, the account will be reinstated and the balance released in full.

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these terms, jjwingame reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including both real money and bonus funds. This forfeiture applies to winnings generated through fraudulent or rule-breaching activity.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your jjwingame account at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance at the time of closure, minus any pending wagering requirements from active bonuses, will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

jjwingame is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we work to prevent gaming from becoming a problem for any of our players.

jjwingame provides the following responsible gaming tools free of charge to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits to your jjwingame account. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 7 days after a change request.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount over any defined period. Once the limit is reached, betting is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set automatic notifications or session end points after a defined period of active play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled. The period cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your jjwingame account. Self-exclusion is immediate and irreversible. A self-excluded player may not register a new account on jjwingame.

All data transmitted between your device and jjwingame is encrypted using 256-bit SSL encryption. jjwingame does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors only to the extent necessary to process your transactions, and with regulatory authorities where legally required.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any jjwingame content without our express prior written consent.

The jjwingame name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of the company. Unauthorised use of the jjwingame brand in any form — including social media impersonation, fake promotional channels, or phishing attempts — is a violation of intellectual property rights and applicable Pakistani law.

If you encounter any website, social media account, or communication purporting to be jjwingame that you suspect is fraudulent, please report it to support@jjwingame.ws immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjwingame's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you with jjwingame in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jjwingame shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from use of the platform.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, or events outside jjwingame's reasonable control (including telecommunications outages, power failures, or acts of government).
• Errors in game software provided by third-party game providers, beyond our obligation to void and refund the stake for confirmed technical errors.
• Losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain account security.

Nothing in these terms limits jjwingame's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.

jjwingame reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to payment limits, bonus rules, or account eligibility criteria — jjwingame will provide at least 7 days' notice by posting the updated terms on this page and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via the contact details held on their account.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of jjwingame following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you object to any change in the terms, you must cease using jjwingame and, if you wish to close your account, contact support to request a balance withdrawal and account closure before the revised terms take effect.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of jjwingame that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Dispute Resolution Process: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first raise the matter with jjwingame's support team and allow us 14 days to investigate and respond. jjwingame aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute relates to the outcome of a certified RNG game, the decision of the independent RNG auditor shall be binding on both parties.

You acknowledge that gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain and that losing bets do not constitute grounds for a legal dispute where the relevant game operated correctly and in accordance with its published rules on jjwingame.
